Pretty from Paris

By far the best collection from Paris this past week was LANVIN.
I have always appreciated Alber Elbaz's vision and creations but have seldom thought his clothes were right for my body. He has generally not been very body conscience and many of his silhouettes have been too voluminous for moi, making me feel a bit frump! His accessories however have been spot on! Well this season, he has streamlined it down to show a woman's shape and I am all over it!!! Here's a few of my favorites from him and others...

How gorgeous is that? Look at those colors, will you!!!

Classic YSL ~ Gimme those shoes please!

Flowy from ChloƩ

Crisp and clean and pretty lady from Dolce & Gabbana

Super chic natural safari vibe form Gucci ~ Love the nude, fringe, leather!

I posted this one already on my Facebook page since its such a inspiration to me for Seaton. I would love to be wearing this over my bikini next Summer (hopefully somewhere near Mallorca or Formenterra, Spain!) Remember those Spanish tennis men I love? Drew, can you say training in Spain next year?

A classic French girly dress from Isabel Marant. Trying my hardest to get this line into the JR stores but their distribution is soooo tight. We do have her husband's handbag line which is off the charts for Spring. Jerome is adding leather and suede clothing and I will see the rest of the collection next week at LA Market.

Same model as above in Isabel who happens to be my girl of choice at the moment:
Cameron Russel from Cambridge, MA, majored in Economics and Math at Columbia and is naturally beautiful beyond!!! Not too skinny, super smart, hardworking, blogger (http://funnyandinteresting.com/) and campaigned against climate change with her video "Supermodels Take It Off for Climate Change"
Can you say role "model" for young girls today?

You know how much I love France but G*d Bless America!
Thanks Christophe Decarnin of Balmain.
